  • Product Disclaimer

    • All of our candle are handcrafted, hand-poured and therefore individually unique. The size, color, sheps, design may vary and be slightly different from photos. Please expect possible minor imperfections.
    • For our handmade candles, due to each product's unique shapes and sizes, burn time may vary.
    • All of our concrete containers are hand-crafted with Cement, plaster, sand, or a combination. They are all properly sealed to prevent wax and oil seepage. But seepage is still possible, so place place your candles on a solild, non-poruous surface before burning.
    • These are made to order and can take 3-10 business days to process.
    • All candles are poured with 10% fragrance blend, enhancing the rich scents that fill your space.
    • All candle sizes are measured by container size not by actual volume, which may vary by design. Candles with toppings may not be filled to the top of the container to allow room for those toppings.
  • Candle Safety Tips

    • Always trim your wick to 1/4” before burning
    • Only burn the candle on fire-resistant container
    • Never leave a candle burning unattended, or burn it while you might fall asleep
    • Never burn candles on or near anything that might catch fire
    • Keep away from children and pets
    • Keep candles away from open windows or air vents
    • Always use a candleholder specifically designed for candle use
    • Stop burning a candle when there's ½ inch of wax left in the container, or 2 inches for pillar candles

  • Return Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy on most other items. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.To start a return, you must contact us at: info@helenairy.com and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 
    After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

    Refunds
    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
