Helenairy started with a school project.

Not a business plan. Not a five-year vision. A simple idea — make something by hand, sell it, give the money to a cause that mattered. We made candles. People loved them. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, we realised we didn't want to stop.

So we didn't.

What you see on this store today is the result of that. Every candle here is hand-poured in small batches, in our studio, by us. Every piece of cement décor is shaped, cured, and finished by hand. None of it is mass-produced. None of it is sitting in a warehouse somewhere waiting to be dropshipped. It is made, with care, before it goes anywhere near you.

Why we make what we make

There is something about a handmade object that a factory-produced one just cannot replicate. It is not sentimentality. It is the fact that someone made a decision — about the wax blend, the wick size, the scent load, the pour temperature — and that decision is sitting inside the thing you are holding.

We care about that. A lot.

Every candle we pour goes through burn testing. Every vessel is chosen because it earns its place — both as a candle and as something worth keeping after the wax is gone. Our cement pieces are designed to look intentional in a room, not like an afterthought you picked up at a market.

We use high-quality, sustainably sourced materials because we think the things you bring into your home should be as clean as they are beautiful.

The giving back part — it's not a marketing line

We still work with charities. We always will. It is the reason this thing started, and it is the reason it keeps going.
