At Helenairy we pride ourselves on delivering fast and efficient service.
Processing Time:
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances our in stock products will ship within 2-3 business days. Handmade new products and custom orders need time to prepare in multiple processes thus may have extended processing times which we will communicate with you.
Wholesale orders may needs up to 2 weeks to prepare due to volume.
Shipping time:
North America: 5-7 business days processing time when the products are ready to ship. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier. Once the package is scanned by the carrier we no longer have control on delivery time. Helenairy is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
